We may also use your data to identify additional claims through undertaking “soft” searches or Subject Access Requests made through credit and information services to Credit Reference Agencies.

We may use your personal data for purposes outside of our contractual services where we believe that it is in our legitimate interest to do so. Further processing

If we or our associated companies wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Policy, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.

Due to the innovative nature of Riteway Claims Limited, in the future we or our data processors may have other products that may be of interest to you.

You can opt out of this service by emailing us at info@ritewayclaims.com. You are entitled to cancel your claim with no obligation within 14 days of our appointed solicitors from our panel of recommended solicitors sending you their relevant documents by contacting them directly. After the initial 14 days you can still terminate your contract with your appointed solicitors who will advise if there are any possible charges to you or if they have already won your claim for mis-sold car finance.
